Q. How do I find peer reviewed article?

Answer

The most straightforward way to find peer reviewed articles in one of the library's articles databases is to use a limiter within your database search. In the screenshot below, you will see the "Refine Results" area. You'll see this after you have performed a search in the database (in this case Academic Search Complete). Go to "Limit to" and choose Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals. The database will now limit your results to articles from peer reviewed journals.

This video gives you an overview of using Academic Search Complete. See this video for an overview of the peer review process. If you need more help, please call the Library at 217-735-7292 and we'll be happy to walk you through it!
